
William N. Young, Jr.
William N. Young, Jr. principal with Young, Fenton, Kelsey & Brown is a life long resident of Albany County. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Fordham University. A Juris Doctorate degree was conferred by Albany Law School where he was a member of the Law Review.
Private practice in Guilderland beckoned to Mr. Young where he has maintained an office since 1976. His legal attention has been focused on real estate, wills and estates, corporate work, and the volunteer fire service. He has served the State Association of Fire Districts since 1990, an organization which represents over 750 fire districts across New York State. He personally represents over thirty fire districts in the Capital District. During State Legislative Session he oversees the lobbying efforts of the Association of Fire Districts in Albany.
A former Albany County Legislator, Mr. Young continues to serve on several boards of charitable and not-for-profit organizations. The firm has been general counsel to and a member of the Board of Directors of Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc. since its inception in 1979. R.S.S. and its affiliated corporations, is the largest provider of community based residences for the mentally ill in New York State and one of the largest in the United States. He was elected Board President in January 2000.

Andrea L. Kelsey
Andrea L. Kelsey, principal with Young, Fenton, Kelsey & Brown, received her Juris Doctorate degree from Albany Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York. She was admitted to practice law in New York State in 1984 and is currently a member of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and the Albany County Bar Association. She is an active member and Past President of the Colonie-Guilderland Rotary Club.
Since 1984, Ms. Kelsey has limited her practice exclusively to matrimonial and family law. Ms. Kelsey has represented clients in hundreds of cases involving divorce, custody, support and equitable distribution in both the Supreme Courts and Family Courts of Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer and Saratoga counties. She has successfully litigated several family law cases at the appellate level, helping to define the law in future family law and matrimonial matters.
Ms. Kelsey has lectured on matrimonial and family law issues in conjunction with the Albany County Bar Association and as a guest at numerous area colleges.

Lisa E. Brown
Lisa E. Brown, principal with Young, Fenton, Kelsey & Brown graduated cum laude from Binghamton University. She graduated from Albany Law School with honors and was elected a member of the Justinian Honor Society. Lisa joined the firm in 1996 as an associate attorney and recently became partner at Young, Fenton, Kelsey & Brown in 2010.
Mrs. Brown focuses her practice primarily on matrimonial and family law issues including divorce, custody, paternity, child support and spousal maintenance. She was quoted in the New York Law Journal cover story involving an appellate decision concerning recent developments in child support law and extended custodial time. Mrs. Brown is a member of the Albany County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
Mrs. Brown is an active board member of the Voorheesville School and Community Foundation and the National Alumni Association Board of Albany Law School. In addition, Mrs. Brown is a 2000 graduate of the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce Capital Leadership Program. She also volunteers her time for the Albany Law School Moot Court Programs.

Nicole Strippoli
Nicole Strippoli, grew up in Queens, New York, where she attended Townsend Harris High School. Ms. Strippoli first came to the Capital Region as an undergraduate when she attended the University at Albany and has been here since.
While attending the University at Albany Ms. Strippoli studied History and Political Science. In 2002, she graduated magna cum laude and decided to continue her education at Albany Law School of Union University. Ms. Strippoli earned her juris doctor and graduated from Albany Law School in 2005. She joined the firm as an associate in 2006.
Ms. Strippoli is admitted to practice in New York State and also admittied before the Federal District Court for the Northern District of New York.
Ms. Strippoli focuses her practice on Wills, Estates, Real Estate, Commercial Litigation, and Vehicle and Traffic Law. She is a member in good standing of the New York State Bar Association, the Albany County Bar Association, and the National Italian American Bar Association. She is also a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and the Golden Key National Honor Society.
